Education & Experience
Khawla is a Local lawyer which means that, as per UAE Federal Judiciary dictates, she met the following criteria to obtain a practising certificate:
- Be a UAE National.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Hold a certificate from an accredited university or higher institute. I have carried out at least one year of continuous practical legal training.
In addition, to be able to practice in Dubai, Khawla is a registered practitioner in Dubai with the Dubai Legal Affairs Department and in order to practice in other Emirates with the Ministry of Justice.
Khawla has previous law firm experience and is an articulate litigator. In her 20+ years of firm experience, she played a critical role in a variety of high-profile cases with the top 10% of the firm’s largest clients.
