Graduated from Law school, Cairo University in 1998, within a year, in 1999, Walid Batisha became a member of Egypt Bar Association as a full practitioner.
Walid’s experience started straight from large legal matters that Walid had been handling as part of own legal business in Egypt. He would then progress to manage matters related to the Real Estate field here in UAE when he was handling a variety of contracts such as registrations and handovers with most and biggest developers in the region.
Since 2009, Walid has been dealing with various large matters in Civil, Commercial and Criminal Law and has been involved in high profile multi-jurisdictional cases pertaining to UAE, and beyond.
Along with many specialties and expert knowledge, throughout his years in Gulf, Walid has gained deep and unique expertise in handling litigation cases related to ship finance, ship sale and purchase, construction, and conversion and including ship building and ship finance contracts.
